Anthony Pater - Chairman/Partner

Tony Pater held the position of President of Kyocera Mita America. With more than fourty-four years of sales management experience, Mr. Pater continued to develop and manage Kyocera Mita's network of approximately 700 dealers throughout the United States.

Mr. Pater has been affiliated with Kyocera Mita for more than twenty-seven years, beginning his career in 1975 as Midwest Sales Manager for Mita. Soon after assuming that position, he was transferred to the Southeast division, where he was responsible for business growth and development. Continuing his advancement within the company, he was promoted in 1994 to Vice President of Sales in the Southeast Region, where he continued to oversee and develop Mita's sales and marketing strategies.

After completing more than twenty years of work with Mita, Mr. Pater moved on to assume another position of Dealer Principal at Kearns Business Solutions. There he continued his tradition of success and expanded Kearns into one of Kyocera Mita's leading independent dealerships. He left that position in 2002 to return to Kyocera Mita as Executive Vice President, Sales.

Mr. Pater, in 2004 was promoted to CEO/ President of Kyocera Mita and lead in the resurgence of Kyocera until his leaving in 2006 to head up the Pater Group on a full time basis.

 

Michael L. Cozzens - President/Co-Owner

Michael L. Cozzens is President of Wood Business Systems, Mr. Cozzens has 20 years of experience managing and implementing reprographic equipment and solutions in all major markets in USA.  As the former Vice President of sales for the Kyocera Mita dealer division, Mr. Cozzens was responsible for the Kyocera dealer division in all five geographic regions of the United States and played a key role to help drive the continued success and market share expansion of Kyocera Mita America.

Under the leadership of Mr. Cozzens, Wood Business Systems is experiencing double-digit growth in revenue and profitability in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 while continuing to win industry awards and accolades throughout the industry.  Mr. Cozzens’ plethora of Sales management, Major and National Account expertise as well as his sheer determination, energy and vision to drive the WBS Team to success will undoubtedly result in continued success in South Florida. WBS under Michael Cozzens guidance was elected into the distinguished Copier Dealers Association.  Mr. Cozzens 5 year plan for growth has WBS pushing 20M in revenues in 2014.Under Mr.Cozzens management, WBS has been awarded numerous major accounts, the largest being a $1.4M award consisting of 250 reprographic devices in 2009.

 

Frank Aloi - Senior Director of Operations & Purchasing

Mr. Aloi has over 30 years office equipment industry experience with many major accomplishments such as creating the wholesale equipment sales group for a major dealership in South Florida while handling the operations and facilities management for the dealership. Mr. Aloi has brought his expertise to Wood Business Systems and continues to advance the objectives of WBS and develop new programs and services offered by WBS to insure the corporation buys product and stays in the Presidential Financial model.

 

Jack B. Rattner - Associate Director

Mr. Rattner has spent the last 10 years in the Reprographics Industry of his over 28 years of extensive experience in management, finance, operations and technical credentials which makes him ideally suited to effectively lead our TEAM and our clients in the successful design, implementation and administration of the most advanced, Enterprise Technology Solutions. He holds premier certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, Comp-TIA CDIA+, Novell CNA, Docuware Systems Consultant, e-Copy, Captaris RightFax Certified Engineer, Equitrac Cost Recovery Engineer and Print Fleet Management Specialist.

Mr. Rattner also has proficiencies in Internet security, working with Watchguard & Sonicwall firewall appliances and telecommunications expertise with VOIP, T-1, Internet, Broadband, and telephony integrations and develops programs for WBS Sales TEAMS to enhance our image with potential and current clients.

 

Edward Heck - Human Resources & Risk Management

Edward Heck has over 29 years of office equipment sales and service experience having served as the former President of Wood Business Products from 2000 until 2006.

Edward Heck currently manages the Risk Management and Human Resources functions while overseeing the legal  legal and corporation insurance programs, administration of the company’s defined benefits program (401k) with Human Resources development of policies and procedures while assisting the President with special projects and overall operations in his absence. Mr. Heck manages various operational and financial objectives for Team WBS and has a critical role in the firm. 

 

David Hoffman - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hoffman has extensive financial management experience over the years, specifically his last assignment where he was CFO; David Hoffman was there for over 14 years.  Mr. Hoffman has overseen all aspects of financial accounting and operations in his previous roles. David Hoffman is a seasoned financial professional and has significant experience in customizing and implementing company - wide computer software systems and possesses exceptional ability to adjust and adapt to unforeseeable circumstances in diverse situation: from company building relocations to the design and setup of complex accounting/inventory processes and procedures.

Mr. Hoffman is responsible for all financial accounting, supervising the accounting department and reporting directly to the President of WBS as to the financial status and position of WBS.

Mr. Hoffman posses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and holds the credentials as a Certified Public Accountant as well as other financial certificates and honors. 

 

Steve Randazzo - Service Manager

Having over 21 years of office equipment service experience, Mr. Randazzo brings depth to the WBS service group. His past association with a national office equipment sales and service organization, gives WBS his advanced technical knowledge coupled with team building and performance improvement skills. He focuses on budget and cost management allowing our company to grow profitably and develop quicker responses to our clients needs. The operational leadership he possesses will enhance our ability to meet the demands of technological changes in the future.

 

Laine Sesemann - Post IT Manager

Laine Sesemann began working with Wood Business Products in 1990. He has studied for MCSE and is certified Comptia A+ and PDI+. Mr. Sesemann has been a manager for 8 years and field technician for 21 years. Laine Sesemann is certified on 95% of Kyocera and KIPAmerica wide format imaging systems. In 2010 upon WBS becoming an Authorized Canon Dealer, Mr. Sesemann has received Canon certifications in all ImageRUNNER Advance Systems and IR Essentials.

Laine Sesemann has the recognition received at WBS: Top Technical Manage 2009,2008,2007,2006 and multiple Presidents’ Award for Technical Branch manager.
